from the engineering to the installation. Glass
lined reactors of different suppliers can be
used.

AE/BE type glass lined reactors
Our customers benefit of our internal manufacturing
of «büchiflex» glass
components up to DN600. This allows us to build
complete, best performing and safe chemical production
units.
Rectification column with SiC shell& tube type
heat exchanger for AE 1600
Distillation - and rectification columns for
glass lined AE reactors in production scale are
available with internal structured packings in
different materials and with different theoretical
stages for different separation performances.
Heat exhangers are available with inner tubes
in glass or SiC and heat exchange area of 0.6
to 23m2. The use of SiC heat exchangers allows
compact design of the complete chemical processing
unit.
Glass spiral condenser
Glass heat exchangers allow 3 bar pressure
of the cooling media. They are often used as
coolers / condensers in pilot plants. Cleaning
can be performed fast and efficient.
