On October 23, Büchi was presented together with 5 other companies as one of the nominated companies for the prize: Entrepreneurship of Switzerland 2007.

The presentation took place in Zurich at an event with approx. 1500 owners and employees of swiss companies, located in the german speaking part of Switzerland. This award is given for innovation and sustainability, among other factors.
