This multipurpose pressure reactor system is designed for the use of interchangeable glass pressure vessels. Safety features guarantee safe reactions under pressure.

The glass reactors ensure high resistance against acids, while allowing visual process control and monitoring. All product touched parts are made of inert (non-metallic) materials. The cyclone «i» magnetic drive is used for low viscosity process media, the cyclone 250 «i» magnetic drive offers excellent mixing of high viscose media - both versions are fully inert.

The modular setup of the inertclave system allows changing or upgrading for new tasks at any time.

  • Safety housing with polycarbonate sliding door for safe operation of glass pressure vessels
  • Glass pressure vessel with suitable stirrer shaft, stirrer, Pt-100, bottom valve depending on vessel type
  • Cover plate with 6 openings and standard setup:
    Swagelok fittings with bursting disc, manometer and 2 valves
  • Magnetic stirrer drive cyclone «i» with integrated speed controller
  • Tools and spare parts
