Polypure AS specializes in highly pure, monodisperse PEG derivatives for demanding pharmaceutical applications. Production requires maximum reproducibility, as each batch must correspond exactly to the previous one.

At the same time, Polypure works on a project-based approach with frequently changing reactor configurations. For this, absolute vacuum-tight sealing, precise temperature control, and highest process stability are essential.

To meet these requirements, Polypure opted for a modular reactor system from Buchiglas.
The solution is based on the flexible glass tube connection system buchiflex, which enables stress-free and vacuum-tight glass connections down to 1 mbar. Even with repeated reconfigurations, the system remains reliably tight and stable – ideal for a multipurpose laboratory with changing projects.
