Los intercambiadores de calor se utilizan para el enfriamiento  y condensación de vapores, principalmente en procesos de destilación a vacío,  absorción y rectificación en plantas químicas. Los intercambiadores de calor de vidrio permiten el control visual del proceso durante el escalado, producción y proceso de múltiples (acidas) substancias químicas. Ofrecemos intercambiadores de calor de vidrio tipo espiral y tipo carcasa & tubos, a menudo en combinación con un condensador secundario para la condensación adicional de vapor.

Acerca de nuestros intercambiadores de calor / condensadores

Los intercambiadores de calor espirales de vidrio se pueden operar en paralelo como baterías para disponer de mayor superfície de intercambio de calor para rendimientos más altos de condensación en plantas piloto y sistemas reactor grandes. Son de fácil limpieza y permiten presiones del fluido de enfriamiento de hasta 3 bar.

Los intercambiadores de calor tipo carcasa & tubos se utilizan en combinación con columnas empaquetadas de rectificaciónas como condensador de reflujo en los sistemas más grandes. Buchi ofrece intercambiadores de calor en version total de vidrio y de vidrio / carburo de silicio (SiC) con áreas de intercambio de calor de 0.6 a 23m2. Los intercambiadores de calor de SiC proporcionan una excelente transferencia térmica, reduciendo así el area de intercambio de calor requerida en comparación con las versiones totalmente de vidrio y reduciendo el espacio total necesario para el sistema completo. La cámara de seguridad opcional permite la verificación fácil de fugas y el aumento de la presión del fluido enfriador hasta los 6 bar.

Spiral heat exchangers:

Available in glass / glass, glass / Hastelloy®, and glass / titanium configurations. The spiral design provides excellent heat transfer in a compact volume. The glass / glass version does not contain any sealing surfaces (molten glass connections) which make the solution maintenance free. 

Shell & tube heat exchangers:

Shell & tube heat exchangers with Top: Shell & tube heat exchangers with surface areas from 0.6m2 up to 23m2 Bottom: Shell & tube heat exchangers with surface areas from 0.6m2 up to 23m2

Offered in glass / glass, glass / SiC, glass / Hastelloy®, and glass / stainless steel (SS) configurations. Available without or with safety chamber for enhanced leak detection (and safety) and higher service pressures. Due to the nature of their design, shell & tube type heat exchangers offer maximum heat transfer surface with lowest space requirements. 

U-shape heat exchangers:

U-shape heat exchangers with surface areas from 1m2 up to 10m2 U-shape heat exchangers with surface areas from 1m2 up to 10m2

Available in glass / glass lined, glass / Hastelloy®, glass / tantalum. The U-shape design provides efficient heat transfer in limited installation space. And thanks to its design, it guarantees a long, low maintenance service life (only one sealing surface).
