Мы предлагаем спиральные и кожухотрубные теплообменники, которые зачастую совмещаются со вторичным конденсатором для дополнительной конденсации паров.

О наших теплообменниках / конденсаторах

Стеклянные спиральные теплообменники могут работать параллельно для создания большей поверхности теплообмена для лучшей конденсации паров в больших реакторных системах. Они с легкостью подвергаются очистке и допускают работу под давлением до 3 бар.

Кожухотрубные теплообменники используются совместно с насадочными ректификационными колоннами в качестве обратных холодильников-конденсаторов в больших системах. Buchi поставляет как стеклянные теплообменники, так и теплообменники из стекла и карбида кремния с поверхностью теплообмена от 0.6 до 23м2. Площадь поверхности теплообменников карбида кремния сокращается за счёт превосходной теплопроводности, за счёт чего снижается общий размер системы. Опциональный узел безопасности позволяет проверять систему на герметичность и повышает рабочее давление до 6 бар.

Available in glass / glass, glass / Hastelloy®, and glass / titanium configurations. The spiral design provides excellent heat transfer in a compact volume. The glass / glass version does not contain any sealing surfaces (molten glass connections) which make the solution maintenance free. 

Shell & tube heat exchangers:

Offered in glass / glass, glass / SiC, glass / Hastelloy®, and glass / stainless steel (SS) configurations. Available without or with safety chamber for enhanced leak detection (and safety) and higher service pressures. Due to the nature of their design, shell & tube type heat exchangers offer maximum heat transfer surface with lowest space requirements. 

U-shape heat exchangers:

U-shape heat exchangers with surface areas from 1m² up to 10m² U-shape heat exchangers with surface areas from 1m² up to 10m²

Available in glass / glass lined, glass / Hastelloy®, glass / tantalum. The U-shape design provides efficient heat transfer in limited installation space. And thanks to its design, it guarantees a long, low maintenance service life (only one sealing surface).

Safety chambers: Optional safety chambers in our shell & tube design heat exchangers allow for immediate leakage detection and higher coolant pressures, ensuring highest levels of safety and operational reliability.

Material versatility: Our offering of multiple material combinations (glass, glass lined steel, SiC, Hastelloy®, titanium, tantalum, stainless steel) ensure optimal compatibility with your specific chemical process requirements.
