化工工艺设备，包含搪玻璃反应器或混合罐及硼硅酸盐玻璃组成的精馏装置允许系统在全真空和低压操作。由于这些材质具备高度耐腐蚀的特性，因此适合处理大量的各种腐蚀性化学品。设计上也能配合用途产品和特定的过程工艺。加料罐和接收瓶亦可搭配于小的玻璃和生产用的搪玻璃釜。壳管式换热器类型内的冷却管可根据工艺参数搭配硼硅玻璃、 搪玻璃、 碳化硅、 钽或特殊金属。这种反应器配置可用于蒸馏、 精馏、 回流蒸馏、 溶剂回收、 化学合成其他工艺。

Our production scale systems are designed for a wide range of chemical processes, including:

| Flexible piping | Built with our proprietary buchiflex glass piping system (DN15 – DN150) for flexible, stress-free piping connections and quick changes with short downtimes due to its flexibility. |
| Corrosion resistance | Combinations of glass lined steel (or Hastelloy®), borosilicate glass 3.3, fluoropolymers and ceramics guarantee highest levels of corrosion resistance. |
| Process visibility | Glass overheads allow visual monitoring of the process, even at production scale – visibility is assurance.
