Operators are guided effortlessly through the process, while continuous monitoring is maintained through real time graphical trend views. Crucially, FlexySys establishes physical distance between personnel and the chemical reaction. In a worst-case scenario, before the start of a runaway reaction, operators are not required to be physically present next to the equipment to try to get the control back of the reaction.

In practice: Continuous monitoring directly in front of the fume hood or reactor is no longer mandatory. Critical parameters can be adjusted and emergency shutdowns executed from a safe, remote distance, protecting both the batch and laboratory personnel.
