We are pleased to present a laboratory pressure reactor versoclave® made of the special material tantalum. The metal tantalum has outstanding properties in terms of chemical resistance and is therefore ideal as a media-contacting material for reactors. 

Thanks to our extensive know-how in engineering and manufacturing, we can offer you pressure reactors made of tantalum from laboratory to pilot scale. 

Tantalum pressure reactors are built by us according to your specifications and process requirements on a project-specific basis. 

 

We have a new Buchi FR filter reactor product line for pilot plants and kilo labs. This product line combines reactor and nutsche filter in one apparatus and thus enables a wide range of different processes and applications, including cGMP API synthesis, peptide synthesis (peptide synthesizer) and cannabis extraction.

The filter reactors are available in 3 sizes, with reaction volumes of 10 liters, 30 liters and 50 liters. They feature a modular design that allows easy configuration to your specific process requirements.

Today we are presenting our tried and tested kiloclave® pressure reactor. The kiloclave® is used in hundreds of laboratories and pilot plants worldwide.This pressure reactor is characterized by the easy handling of various pressure vessels.

Are you familiar with our metal-free pressure reactor, the miniclave inert?

This pressure reactor is versatile and can be operated with various interchangeable glass pressure vessels. Pressure reactions can be carried out safely thanks to integrated safety devices.

The miniclave inert can be heated using a bath thermostat. Typical applications for this reactor include hydrogenation, polymerization and catalyst testing.

MINTworld in Visp is an innovation center that focuses on the development and production of active ingredients for the pharmaceutical industry. Children and young people can visit MINTworld to gain an insight into the world of science and technology in a fun way. The center offers special programs and activities that bring science and technology to life in an age-appropriate way. 

SYSTAG and Buchi have also contributed to this new educational concept. The aim of their collaboration is to give young visitors a vivid understanding of chemical and biological processes, while at the same time giving them an insight into the workings of a modern laboratory.

The system combines three different types of reactors: a classic 1-liter double-jacketed reactor typically used in research; a Bioengineering fermenter and a 30-liter Buchi reactor with distillation setup. The 30-liter Buchi reactor with distillation setup based on a Buchi midiPilot reactor is a versatile and powerful device suitable for a variety of chemical reactions and processes in research, development, and production.

The compact reactor system can easily be modified for other applications: Interchangeable stirrers, reaction vessels for different volumes and applications are available. The glass reactor is equipped with a lifting / lowering device for easy and efficient opening and cleaning.

All three reactor types are controlled from the same PC using Systag's FlexSys software. This shows how various process and scale-up steps can be automated efficiently and easily. Thanks to control via tablet and smartphone, children and young people can follow live what is happening in the reactor at any time and which steps are coming up next.

With our newly developed heating jacket, you can easily heat the miniclave - a small pressure reactor. To do this, place the miniclave in the heating jacket and the stand ensures a secure hold. 
 
This heating solution is supplied with a control unit and enables fast, uncomplicated commissioning and reliable temperature control of the reactor.

Buchi high containment nutsche filters allow for controlled filtration with a contained discharge by wiping out with the fixed glove (made of EPDM) into a bag system. The filter vessel can easily be lifted, lowered and tilted due to its versatile and solid stand.
