Our SPPS reactor systems are specifically optimized for cGMP API manufacturing and fulfill all regulatory requirements for safe operations incl. ATEX. 

Stirred nutsche filters are used for filtration as well as for solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS). Solid phase reactors can be equipped for fully automated processes. 

Stirrers are provided in glass-lined steel, Hastelloy® or stainless steel. The stirrer height can be adjusted pneumatically under full vacuum operation condition, enabling squeezing of the slurry.
