Integrated flow chemistry system solutions

Having mastered a great variety of different challenges around flow chemistry processes from laboratory through pilot to production scale over the last 20 years, Ehrfeld is able to offer a broad range of standardized system solutions (integrated solutions). These integrated micro reactor solutions incorporate Ehrfeld's vast know-how and experience in continuous flow chemistry to the benefit of the customer.

Already in the early phase of flow chemistry process development, the micro reactor equpiment concept exploits potential for further upscaling. 

Spiral Jet Mill / Jet Milling - mainly used for processing APIs
